We recently made some changes to our hosting infrastructure and URL naming convention.

Troubleshooting:

1. URL follows a specific format. You can click this link and replace airport with your airport code.

Format = [https://] + [Airport Code] + [training] + [airtera.com]

2. Open a support ticket by emailing support@ssinstruction.com or click the create ticket button above.

3. Check with your Airport Badging department for the new URL.
